The Patsy was conceived in the Middle Kingdom during the Modern-Integration Era. Developing quite the image for itself, amongst the crowd. Not only as a merchant shipper at a staging area for seafaring expeditions and for other open sea voyages, primarily to the South. The Patsy became absolutely Fairly-Fabulous within its’ own trade.
